Our history begins in 2005 in Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. Thanks to a project sponsored by the Inter-American development bank, we started a commercial relationship with local cacao cultivators. Inspired by their excitement to expand national cacao production, we decided to create a product that showcased the heritage and agricultural diversity in Guatemala.

Our goal was simple: work directly with cacao cultivators and create a high quality product that mixes multiple Guatemalan flavors. After a lot of experimentation and effort to find the best Guatemalan cacao, chocolate, dehydrated fruits, nuts and seeds… we finally started production in 2007.
